Weld Joint (용접이음)

1. Weld Joint 의 종류

: Weld Joint는 기본적으로 5가지 Joint로 구분되며, 아래와 같이 (A) Butt Joint (B) Corner Joint (C) T Joint  (D) Lap Joint (E) Edge Joint가 있다.

 

 

 

 

2. 용접이음부 명칭

 

① Bevel Angle : The angle between the bevel of a joint member and a plane perpendicular to the surface of the member.

>> 모재의 가공면과 모재의 표면에 수직하는 각

 

② Groove Angle : The included angle between the groove faces of a weld groove.

>> 접합시킬 두 모재 단면 사이를 합한 각

 

③ Root Opening (=Root Gap) : A separation at the joint root between the workpieces.

>> 인접한 두 모재의 용접부를 사이에 둔 가장 가까운 거리

 

④ Groove Face : Any surface in a weld groove prior to welding.

>> 용접되는 Groove 면

 

⑤ Root Face : The proportion of the groove face within the joint root.

>> Joint root에서의 개선면, 즉 개선면 아래에 위치한 수직면을 지칭. 

 

※ 일반적으로 Groove 형태는 적용 용접 Process, 용접조건 및 제작사양 등에 준하여 설정한다.

   

 

 

2. 용접기호 (Welding Sybol)

 

: 용접 구조물의 도면에 용접방법, 용접 Process, 개선형상, 수치, 용접자세 및 시공장소 등을 나타내는 기호이다.
